Kellie Martin (born Kellie Marien) is an acclaimed American actor. She's appeared in many films and TV shows, such as "Christy", a comedy about a teenage girl known as Christy Huddleston. Kellie Martin is most well-known for her role as a protagonist in The Hailey Dean Mystery Series. Martin is the daughter of a department-store purchaser and kindergarten teacher began her professional career as an actress at age seven. Her aunt who served as the nanny of Michael Landon's children was able to help Martin land a role in 1982 series "Father Murphy". Following her graduation from Yale University in 1982, Martin began to take her acting profession more seriously. She landed significant roles on TV as well as big screens. Martin as well as acting, she is also a talented photographer and dancer. Two daughters are hers Martin is the Lupus ambassador and has been spreading awareness of the disease every day since the death of her sister, who was the age of 19.
